High Blood Pressure Blend

This unique blend is designed to assist with lowering high blood pressure, improving blood circulation which strengthens the heart and remove excess sodium and water from the body.

Organic Ingredients:  Hawthorn leaf and flower, Nettle leaf, Hibiscus flowers, Cornsilk.

Instructions: Add 1 – 2 tsp of herbs to 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for 5 – 7 minutes. Strain. Consume 1 t0 2 cups per day.

Hawthorn leaf : Used for diseases of the heart and blood.

Used to treat low blood pressure and high blood pressure and hardening of the arteries. Hawthorn leaf and flower is supportive for Angina (chest pains due to lack of oxygenated blood reaching the heart). It may improve blood circulation by allowing more blood to flow to the cells of the heart.

Nettle leaf : A diuretic. It  is used to assist with lowering blood pressure. Excess sodium causes water retention.  Nettles removes the extra fluid from the body (caused by excess sodium intake), by  flushing out the kidneys and bladder, which gets rid of the water weight. By releasing the excess water, it allows the sodium levels to balance out.

Hibiscus Leaf : Loaded with antioxidants and has properties that may be effective in lowering blood pressure, glucose levels and cholesterol.

Helps to decrease risk of heart disease

Cornsilk:  A potassium sparing diuretic which may help to reduce high blood pressure. Cornsilk retains sodium at an optimal level while removing excess potassium.  It helps to flush out excess water and toxins. Diuretics may reduce the risk of heart failure and kidney disease.
