Instructions: Add 1 – 2 tsp of herbs to 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for 5 – 7 minutes or longer based on your desired preference. Strain. Consume 1 to 2 cups per day.

This is the realllll!! Deallll!!! Bitter bad but effective.. i had to drink it cold and just make a fast drink at once.. Then after that 2 hrs prop then it starts to work.. i started off drinking 2 cups per day and after the 2nd day i had to reduce it to a cup per day.. because it interrupting my night’s rest.. overall great product.. I highly recommend it

This tea is amazing it’s not the best taste but when it comes to my health that’s the least of my worries I am excited about this product and look forward to eating clean after this cleanse.
