Let me provide some clarification on some of the misinformation that I have been hearing about the coronavirus. 

Some of the latest I’ve heard is that: 

Babies can’t get coronavirus.

The heat from the sun will kill the virus.  (We are still anticipating how the virus will react in the summer heat).

Drinking white rum will kill the virus. (Say hello to liver disease – alcoholic fatty liver).

Just so you know…

Anyone can get the coronavirus….ANYONE!

You could be the healthiest person in the world and still contract the virus.

The key word is IMMUNE SYSTEM.

What you should ask yourself is: Is my immune system strong enough to fight this virus?

The healthier you are, the greater the chance to fight off the virus.

White blood cells create antibodies to fight off infections/dis-ease. Therefore, if your white blood cells count is low, your body may not be equipped to fight off an infection. 

Am I fearful?

Absolutely Not!

Why? There is a huge gap between the confirmed cases of COVID19 vs the mortality rate.

80% of the confirmed cases do not require hospitalizations. There are many people who are asymptomatic and are resorting to holistic/homeopathic remedies to overcome their symptoms.

Nourish With Nature

Stay hydrated: Drink juices, smoothies and herbal teas, such as those in my juice ebook.

Eat Real Food

Now is not the time for junk food; fast food; processed food with additives, artificial ingredients, food dyes and preservatives.

Rest

If you’re not feeling well, your body needs to focus on repair. Do not overexert yourself. Allow your body to heal.

Herbal Facial Steams

Steep thyme or rosemary in water for approximate 10 minutes. Pour into a bowl and hold your head over the bowl. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. Do this for about 5 minutes. This technique moisturizes the nasal passage and loosen mucus. 

Drink Homemade Soups

They have the same effect as herbal facial steams. Don’t soups always make you feel better? All that steam rising towards your nostrils…think about it.

Fever

If you have a fever, let it run its course.

Do not interfere with your body’s defense mechanism by trying to stop the fever.

Fever causes everything to slow down, so our body can build antibodies to fight off whatever is going on.

Your body is a highly intelligent machine.

If you try to stop the fever, you will prolong the symptoms.

YOUR GOAL IS TO RECOVER as quickly as possible.

In the Meantime

STAY HOME: Unless it is a priority/essential, remain home.

Practice social distancing.

Wear your gloves and masks as necessary.

Wash Your Hands.

Sip on water with lemon throughout the day.
